THE SICKNESS OF YECHIZQI YAH
In those days Yechizqi Yah is sick unto death: and the prophet Yesha Yah the son of Amos comes to him and says to him, Thus says Yah Veh, Misvah concerning your house for you die and live not. ² And he turns his face to the wall and prays to Yah Veh, saying, ³ I beseech you, O Yah Veh, remember, I pray you, how I walked at your face in truth and with a heart at shalom and worked good in your eyes! - and Yechizqi Yah weeps a great weeping. ⁴ And so be it, ere Yesha Yah goes midst the city, the word of Yah Veh comes to him, saying, ⁵ Turn back and say to Yechizqi Yah, the eminent of my people, Thus says Yah Veh, Elohim of David your father, I hear your prayer; I see your tears; behold, I heal you: on the third day, ascend to the house of Yah Veh:

²¹ and your ears hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk therein, when you turn to the right and the left.

⁷ Surely Adonay Yah Veh works no word; unless he exposes his private counsel to his servants the prophets.
