¹² But there shall be the seed of peace: the vine shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew: and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.

¹² And Isaac sowed in that land, and he found that same year a hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him.

²⁸ God give thee of the dew of heaven, and of the fatness of the earth, abundance of corn and wine.

⁴ And the ground shall bring forth its increase: and the trees shall be filled with fruit. ⁵ The threshing of your harvest shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land without fear.

⁴ Blessed shall be the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the droves of thy herds, and the folds of thy sheep. ⁵ Blessed shall be thy barns and blessed thy stores. ⁶ Blessed shalt thou be coming in and going out. ⁷ The Lord shall cause thy enemies, that rise up against thee, to fall down before thy face: one way shall they come out against thee, and seven ways shall they flee before thee. ⁸ The Lord will send forth a blessing upon thy storehouses, and upon all the works of thy hands: and will bless thee in the land that thou shalt receive. ⁹ The Lord will raise thee up to be a holy people to himself, as he swore to thee: if thou keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways. ¹⁰ And all the people of the earth shall see that the name of the Lord is invocated upon thee, and they shall fear thee. ¹¹ The Lord will make thee abound with all goods, with the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy cattle, with the fruit of thy land, which the Lord swore to thy fathers that he would give thee. ¹² The Lord will open his excellent treasure, the heaven, that it may give rain in due season: and he will bless all the works of thy hands. And thou shalt lend to many nations, and shalt not borrow of any one.

² Let my doctrine gather as the rain, let my speech distil as the dew, as a shower upon the herb, and as drops upon the grass.

¹³ To Joseph also he said: Of the blessing of the Lord be his land, of the fruits of heaven, and of the dew, and of the deep that lieth beneath.

²⁸ Israel shall dwell in safety, and alone. The eye of Jacob in a land of corn and wine, and the heavens shall be misty with dew.

¹ And Elias the Thesbite, of the inhabitants of Galaad, said to Achab: As the Lord liveth, the God of Israel, in whose sight I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to the words of my mouth.

³ Let the mountains receive peace for the people: and the hills justice.

⁹ Honour the Lord with thy substance, and give him of the first of all thy fruits; ¹⁰ And thy barns shall be filled with abundance, and thy presses shall run over with wine.

¹² As the roaring of a lion, so also is the anger of a king: and his cheerfulness as the dew upon the grass.

²³ And rain shall be given to thy seed, wheresoever thou shalt sow in the land: and the bread of the corn of the land shall be most plentiful, and fat. The lamb in that day shall feed at large in thy possession:

⁷ For your double confusion and shame, they shall praise their part: therefore shall they receive double in their land, everlasting joy shall be unto them.

²⁶ And I will make them a blessing round about my hill: and I will send down the rain in its season, there shall be showers of blessing. ²⁷ And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be in their land without fear: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have broken the bonds of their yoke, and shall have delivered them out of the hand of those that rule over them.

¹² And I will bring men upon you, my people Israel, and they shall possess thee for their inheritance: and thou shalt be their inheritance, and shalt no more henceforth be without them.

³⁰ And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that you bear no more the reproach of famine among the nations.

²¹ And it shall come to pass in that day: I will hear, saith the Lord, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth. ²² And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil, and these shall hear Jezrahel. ²³ And I will sow her unto me in the earth, and I will have mercy on her that was without mercy. ^(2:24) And I will say to that which is not my people: Thou art my people: and they shall say: Thou art my God.

^{5 (14:6)} I will be as the dew, Israel shall spring as the lily, and his root shall shoot forth as that of Libanus.

²² Fear not, ye beasts of the fields: for the beautiful places of the wilderness are sprung, for the tree hath brought forth its fruit, the fig tree, and the vine have yielded their strength.

¹³ Behold the days come, saith the Lord, when the ploughman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed: and the mountains shall drop sweetness, and every hill shall be tilled. ¹⁴ And I will bring back the captivity of my people Israel: and they shall build the abandoned cities, and inhabit them: and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine of them: and shall make gardens, and eat the fruits of them. ^{15 (9:14)} And I will plant them upon their own land: and I will no more pluck them out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.

¹⁷ And in mount Sion shall be salvation, and it shall be holy, and the house of Jacob shall possess those that possessed them. ¹⁸ And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau stubble: and they shall be kindled in them, and shall devour them: and there shall be no remains of the house of Esau, for the Lord hath spoken it. ¹⁹ And they that are toward the south, shall inherit the mount of Esau, and they that are in the plains, the Philistines: and they shall possess the country of Ephraim, and the country of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Galaad. ²⁰ And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel, all the places of the Chanaanites even to Sarepta: and the captivity of Jerusalem that is in Bosphorus, shall possess the cities of the south.

⁶ In that day, saith the Lord, I will gather up her that halteth: and her that I had cast out, I will gather up: and her whom I had afflicted. ⁷ And I will make her that halted, a remnant: and her that had been afflicted, a mighty nation: and the Lord will reign over them in Mount Sion, from this time now and forever.

¹⁰ Therefore the heavens over you were stayed from giving dew, and the earth was hindered from yielding her fruits:

^{19 (2:20)} Is the seed as yet sprung up? or hath the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree as yet flourished? from this day I will bless you.

⁶ Thus saith the Lord of hosts: If it seem hard in the eyes of the remnant of this people in those days: shall it be hard in my eyes, saith the Lord of hosts?

³³ Seek ye therefore first the kingdom of God, and his justice, and all these things shall be added unto you.

²¹ Let no man therefore glory in men.

¹⁸ And the fruit of justice is sown in peace, to them that make peace.
