¹⁹ Contend not with the wicked, nor seek to be like the ungodly.

²⁶ He said to the multitude: Depart from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be involved in their sins.

¹ Blessed is the man who hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the chair of pestilence:

⁴ I have not sat with the council of vanity: neither will I go in with the doers of unjust things. ⁵ I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.

¹ Be not emulous of evildoers; nor envy them that work iniquity.

³ Because I had a zeal on occasion of the wicked, seeing the prosperity of sinners.

¹¹⁵ Depart from me, ye malignant: and I will search the commandments of my God.

¹⁷ Wherefore: Go out from among them and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing:

¹¹ And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness: but rather reprove them.

² Men shall be lovers of themselves, covetous, haughty, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, wicked, ³ Without affection, without peace, slanderers, incontinent, unmerciful, without kindness, ⁴ Traitors, stubborn, puffed up, and lovers of pleasure more than of God: ⁵ Having an appearance indeed of godliness but denying the power thereof. Now these avoid.

⁴ And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: Go out from her, my people; that you be not partakers of her sins and that you receive not of her plagues.
