²⁵ It hath seemed good to us, being assembled together, to choose out men and to send them unto you, with our well beloved Barnabas and Paul:

²⁶ Yea, Father: for so hath it seemed good in thy sight.

³ It seemed good to me also, having diligently attained to all things from the beginning, to write to thee in order, most excellent Theophilus,

¹⁴ All these were persevering with one mind in prayer with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

¹ And when the days of the Pentecost were accomplished, they were all together in one place:

⁴⁶ And continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house, they took their meat with gladness and simplicity of heart:

²⁷ We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who themselves also will, by word of mouth, tell you the same things. ²⁸ For it hath seemed good to the Holy Ghost and to us to lay no further burden upon you than these necessary things:

³⁵ And Paul and Barnabas continued at Antioch, teaching and preaching, with many others, the word of the Lord.

¹² Salute Tryphaena and Tryphosa, who labour in the Lord. Salute Persis, the dearly beloved, who hath much laboured in the Lord.

²¹ But that you also may know the things that concern me and what I am doing, Tychicus, my dearest brother and faithful minister in the Lord, will make known to you all things:

⁷ All the things that concern me, Tychicus, our dearest brother and faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord, will make known to you.

⁹ With Onesimus, a most beloved and faithful brother, who is one of you. All things that are done here, they shall make known to you.

¹⁶ Not now as a servant, but instead of a servant, a most dear brother, especially to me. But how much more to thee, both in the flesh and in the Lord?

¹⁵ And account the longsuffering of our Lord, salvation: as also our most dear brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, hath written to you:
