¹⁵ Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall declare thy praise.

¹⁶ And Judah said, What shall we say to my lord? what shall we speak, and how justify ourselves? God has found out the iniquity of thy servants; behold, we are my lord`s bondmen, both we, and he in whose hand the cup has been found.

¹¹ And Jehovah said to him, Who gave man a mouth? or who maketh dumb, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? [have] not I, Jehovah?

⁹ He keepeth the feet of his saints, but the wicked are silenced in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.

¹⁴ That I may declare all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion. I will be joyful in thy salvation.

³ For thy loving-kindness is better than life: my lips shall praise thee. ⁴ So will I bless thee while I live; I will lift up my hands in thy name. ⁵ My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise [thee] with joyful lips.

¹³ With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

²⁷ And when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

⁶³ that thou mayest remember, and be ashamed, and no more open thy mouth because of thy confusion, when I forgive thee all that thou hast done, saith the Lord Jehovah.

²¹ In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them: and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah.

¹² And he says to him, [My] friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.

³⁴ and looking up to heaven he groaned, and says to him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

¹⁹ Now we know that whatever the things the law says, it speaks to those under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be under judgment to God.

¹⁵ By him therefore let us offer [the] sacrifice of praise continually to God, that is, [the] fruit of [the] lips confessing his name.
