³⁹ Return to thine house and relate how great things God has done for thee. And he went away through the whole city, publishing how great things Jesus had done for him.

²¹ He is thy praise, and he is thy God, who hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen.

¹⁶ Come, hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

² Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with rejoicing: then said they among the nations, Jehovah hath done great things for them. ³ Jehovah hath done great things for us; [and] we are joyful.

¹ Nebuchadnezzar the king unto all the peoples, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied unto you. ² It hath seemed good unto me to declare the signs and wonders that the Most High God hath wrought toward me. ³ How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.

³⁴ And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto the heavens, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the Most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation. ³⁵ And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he doeth according to his will in the army of the heavens, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou? ³⁶ At the same time mine understanding returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, my majesty and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my nobles sought me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent greatness was added unto me. ³⁷ Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of the heavens, all whose works are truth, and his paths judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.

⁴⁵ But he, having gone forth, began to proclaim [it] much, and to spread the matter abroad, so that he could no longer enter openly into the city, but was without in desert places, and they came to him from every side.

¹⁵ And one of them, seeing that he was cured, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice, ¹⁶ and fell on [his] face at his feet giving him thanks: and *he* was a Samaritan. ¹⁷ And Jesus answering said, Were not the ten cleansed? but the nine, where [are they]? ¹⁸ There have not been found to return and give glory to God save this stranger.

²⁹ Come, see a man who told me all things I had ever done: is not he the Christ?

⁸ But if any one does not provide for his own, and specially for those of [his] house, he has denied the faith, and is worse than the unbeliever.
