³⁰ in that thou stretchest out thy hand to heal, and that signs and wonders take place through the name of thy holy servant Jesus.

⁶ Therefore say unto the children of Israel, I am Jehovah, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from their service, and I will redeem you with a stretched-out arm, and with great judgments.

³⁴ Or hath God essayed to come to take him a nation from the midst of a nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a powerful hand, and by a stretched-out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Jehovah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

¹⁵ Jehovah, thou knowest: remember me, and visit me, and avenge me of my persecutors; in thy long-suffering take me not away: know that for thy sake I bear reproach.

¹¹ But Jehovah is with me as a mighty terrible one; therefore my persecutors shall stumble and shall not prevail; they shall be greatly ashamed, for they have not prospered: it shall be an everlasting confusion that shall not be forgotten. ¹² And thou, Jehovah of hosts, who triest the righteous, who seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them; for unto thee have I revealed my cause.

⁵⁴ And his disciples James and John seeing [it] said, Lord, wilt thou that we speak [that] fire come down from heaven and consume them, as also Elias did? ⁵⁵ But turning he rebuked them [and said, Ye know not of what spirit ye are]. ⁵⁶ And they went to another village.

⁴⁹ And they who were around him, seeing what was going to follow, said [to him], Lord, shall we smite with [the] sword? ⁵⁰ And a certain one from among them smote the bondman of the high priest and took off his right ear. ⁵¹ And Jesus answering said, Suffer thus far; and having touched his ear, he healed him.

⁴⁸ Jesus therefore said to him, Unless ye see signs and wonders ye will not believe.

²² Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus the Nazaraean, a man borne witness to by God to you by works of power and wonders and signs, which God wrought by him in your midst, as yourselves know

⁴³ And fear was upon every soul, and many wonders and signs took place through the apostles` means.

⁶ But Peter said, Silver and gold I have not; but what I have, this give I to thee: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazaraean rise up and walk.

¹⁶ And, by faith in his name, his name has made this [man] strong whom ye behold and know; and the faith which is by him has given him this complete soundness in the presence of you all.

¹⁰ be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ the Nazaraean, whom *ye* have crucified, whom God has raised from among [the] dead, by *him* this [man] stands here before you sound [in body].

²⁷ For in truth against thy holy servant Jesus, whom thou hadst anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with [the] nations, and peoples of Israel, have been gathered together in this city

¹² And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders done among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon`s porch,

¹⁵ so that they brought out the sick into the streets and put [them] on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter, when he came, might overshadow some one of them. ¹⁶ And the multitude also of the cities round about came together to Jerusalem, bringing sick persons and persons beset by unclean spirits, who were all healed.

⁸ And Stephen, full of grace and power, wrought wonders and great signs among the people.

³⁴ And Peter said to him, Aeneas, Jesus, the Christ, heals thee: rise up, and make thy couch for thyself. And straightway he rose up. ³⁵ And all who inhabited Lydda and the Saron saw him, who turned to the Lord.

⁴⁰ But Peter, putting them all out, and kneeling down, prayed. And, turning to the body, he said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes, and, seeing Peter, sat up. ⁴¹ And having given her [his] hand, he raised her up, and having called the saints and the widows, presented her living. ⁴² And it became known throughout the whole of Joppa, and many believed on the Lord.
