¹ {An Asaphic Psalm{ Elohim is stationed in the congregation of El; Among the elohim is He judging: ² How long shall you judge with iniquity And lift up the faces of the wicked? {Interlude{ ³ Redress the poor and the orphan; To the humbled and destitute grant justice. ⁴ Deliver the poor and the needy; From the hand of the wicked, give rescue." ⁵ {They do not know and are not understanding; In darkness are they walking about; All the foundations of the earth are slipping.{ ⁶ I Myself have said:you are elohim, And sons of the Supreme are all of you." ⁷ Yet you shall die like common humanity, And like any other of the chiefs you shall fall." ⁸ Do arise, O Elohim; do judge the earth; For it is You Yourself Who shall have the allotment of all the nations."

³ So Moses and Aaron entered to Pharaoh and said to him: Thus says Yahweh, Elohim of the Hebrews, How long will you refuse to be humbled because of My presence? Dismiss My people that they may serve Me!"

²¹ Now you shall perceive among all the people men of ability, fearful of Elohim, men of truth, hating gain. You will place these over them as chiefs of thousands, chiefs of hundreds, chiefs of fifties and chiefs of tens.

⁶ then his lord will bring him close to the elohim, and bring him close to the door or to the jamb, and his lord will bore his ear with an awl; and he will serve him for the eon.

⁹ In every manner of transgression over a bull, over a donkey, over a flockling, over raiment or over every lost thing which one says that this is it, unto the elohim shall come the word of the two of them. Whom the elohim shall condemn, he shall repay double to his associate.

²⁸ You shall not maledict the elohim, and a prince among your people you shall not curse.

⁶ You shall not turn aside the judgment of your needy in his contention. ⁷ From a false matter you shall be far; and the innocent and the righteous one you must not kill, for I shall not justify the wicked one.

¹⁵ You shall not do iniquity in judgment; you shall not lift up the face of the poor nor honor the face of the great. In righteousness shall you judge your companion.

¹⁷ You shall not recognize faces with partiality in judgment. You shall hear the small as the great. You shall not shrink away from any man's face, because the judgment, it is Elohim's. And the matter which is too hard for you, you shall bring near to me that I may hear it.

¹⁸ the One executing judgment of orphan and widow, the One loving the sojourner, so as to give him bread and garment.

¹⁷ You shall not turn aside the judgment of the sojourner or orphan; and you shall not take the garment of a widow as a pledge.

²¹ and Elijah comes nigh unto all the people, and said, `Till when are you leaping on the two branches? --if Yahweh [is] Elohim, go after Him; and if Baal, go after him;' and the people have not answered him a word.

⁶ and said unto the judges, `See what you are doing--for not for man do you judge, but for Yahweh, who [is] with you in the matter of judgment;" ⁷ and now, let fear of Yahweh be upon you, observe and do, for there is not with Yahweh our Elohim perverseness, and acceptance of faces, and taking of a bribe..

¹ And there is a great cry of the people and their wives, concerning their brethren the Jews, ² yea, there are who are saying, `Our sons, and our daughters, we--are many, and we receive corn, and eat, and live.. <sup>3</sup> And there are who are saying, `Our fields, and our vineyards, and our houses, we are pledging, and we receive corn for the famine.. ⁴ And there are who are saying, `We have borrowed money for the tribute of the king, [on] our fields, and our vineyards;" <sup>5</sup> and now, as the flesh of our brethren [is] our flesh, as their sons [are] our sons, and lo, we are subduing our sons and our daughters for servants, and there are of our daughters subdued, and our hand has no might, and our fields and our vineyards [are] to others.. <sup>6</sup> And it is very displeasing to me when I have heard their cry and these words, <sup>7</sup> and my heart reigns over me, and I strive with the freemen, and with the prefects, and say to them, `Usury one upon another you are exacting;' and I set against them a great assembly, ⁸ and say to them, `We have acquired our brethren the Jews, those sold to the nations, according to the ability that [is] in us, and you also sell your brethren, and they have been sold to us!' and they are silent, and have not found a word. <sup>9</sup> And I say, `Not good [is] the thing that you are doing; in the fear of our Elohim do you not walk, because of the reproach of the nations our enemies? ¹⁰ And also, I, my brethren, and my servants, are exacting of them silver and corn; let us leave off, I pray you, this usury. ¹¹ Give back, I pray you, to them, as to-day, their fields, their vineyards, their olive-yards, and their houses, and the hundredth [part] of the money, and of the corn, of the new wine, and of the oil, that you are exacting of them.. ¹² And they say, `We give back, and of them we seek nothing; so we do as you are saying.' And I call the priests, and cause them to swear to do according to this thing;" <sup>13</sup> also, my lap I have shaken, and I say, `Thus does Elohim shake out every man, who does not perform this thing, from his house, and from his labor; yea, thus is he shaken out and empty;' and all the assembly say, `Amen,' and praise Yahweh; and the people do according to this thing.

¹⁵ He saves the deserted from their mouth And the needy from the hand of the unyielding. ¹⁶ Hence there comes to be expectation for the poor, And iniquity, it shuts its mouth.

³² When he is fetched to the place of tombs, Watch is set alert over the grave-mound.

¹² For I made a way of escape for the humble who implored, And the orphan and him who had no helper.

¹⁶ I was father to the needy ones, And the contention of him I knew not, I would investigate it. ¹⁷ I would break the fangs of the iniquitous And would fling the prey from his teeth.

¹⁹ Who does not repute chiefs, Nor is He partial to the rich-man above the poor,For they all are the work of His hands?

⁸ Ask of Me, And I will give the nations as Your allotment, And as Your holding, the limits of the earth.

⁶ Do arise, O Yahweh, in Your anger, Lift up Yourself against the rages of my foes; Do rouse for me the judgment You have determined.

¹⁸ To redress the orphan and the crushed. A mortal of the earth shall not continue at all to terrify any more. {Permanent{

³ When the settled things are being pulled down, The righteous one--what can he effect?

⁵ Because of the devastation of the humbled, Because of the groaning of the needy, Now I shall arise, says Yahweh; I shall set him in safety; I shall shine forth for him.

⁴ Have they no knowledge, all those contrivers of lawlessness, Who are devouring My people as they would devour bread? They do not call upon Yahweh."

²⁸ For Yahweh's is the kingdom, And He is the One ruling among the nations."

¹² But the human, in his self-esteem, is not understanding at all; He is comparable to the beasts that are dumb."

⁴ Have they no knowledge, these contrivers of lawlessness, Who are devouring My people as they would devour bread? They do not call upon Elohim."

¹ {A Davidic Inscribed Psalm{ Nevertheless--if you were truly pronouncing justice, You would judge with equity, O sons of humanity." ² Indeed, in heart you are contriving iniquity; With your hands you are meting out violence on earth."

¹¹ Then mankind shall say, Yea, there is fruit for the righteous; Yea, there is an Elohim Who is judging in the earth! {Permanent{ {O Do Not Bring Ruin!{ "

³ How long shall you foes be hostile against a man, All of you, that you may murder him, As though he were a slanting sidewall Or a foundering stone dike?

¹² For He shall rescue the needy one imploring, And the humbled one, when there is no helper for him." ¹³ He shall be a refuge for the poor and needy one, And the souls of the needy shall He save." ¹⁴ From fraud and from violence shall He redeem their soul, And their blood shall be precious in His eyes."

³ Though the earth is undermined, and all those dwelling in it, I Myself steady its columns. {Interlude{ "

⁶ I Myself have said:you are elohim, And sons of the Supreme are all of you." ⁷ Yet you shall die like common humanity, And like any other of the chiefs you shall fall."

¹¹ As for their patrons, set them down like Oreb and like Zeeb, And all their sovereigns like Zebah and like Zalmunna,

¹³ Before Yahweh, for He comes; For He comes to judge the earth; He shall judge the habitance in righteousness, And the peoples in His truth."

¹³ You Yourself shall rise; You shall have compassion on Zion, For it is the era to be gracious to her, Since the appointed time has come."

¹ {Davidic{ I shall acclaim You, O Yahweh, with all my heart; In front of the elohim shall I make melody to You."

¹² I know that Yahweh shall execute adjudication for the humbled, Right judgment for the needy."

²⁹ Because they hated knowledge And would not choose the fear of Yahweh,

¹³ From those who forsake the paths of uprightness To walk in the ways of darkness,

¹⁹ The way of the wicked is like gloom; They do not know at what they stumble.

⁵ To show partiality to the wicked is not good, Or to turn aside the righteous in judgment."

¹¹ Rescue those being taken to death, And you should keep back those who are slipping away to the kill." ¹² If you say, Behold, we know nothing about this, Does not He Who regulates hearts detect it, And He Who preserves your soul know it, Who will render to a man according to his deeds?

¹⁴ The wise man uses his eyes in his head, While the stupid man walks in darkness; Yet I realized indeed that the same destiny befalls them all."

¹⁶ Yet further, I have seen under the sun, Where the place of judgment is, there is wickedness, And where the place of justice is, there is wickedness."

⁸ If you should see extortion of the destitute And pillage of judgment and justice in a province, Do not be amazed over the event, For one lofty official above another lofty official is observing, And other lofty officials are over them."

¹⁷ Leave off the evil! Learn to be good! Inquire for judgment! Make happy the wronged! Judge the orphan! Contend for the widow!

²³ Your chiefs are stubborn, and partners of thieves. Everyone loves a bribe, and pursues payments. The orphan they are not judging. And the contention of the widow is not coming to them."

¹³ Yahweh is stationed to contend, and standing to adjudicate His people."

⁷ For the vineyard of Yahweh of hosts is the house of Israel, and each man of Judah His plant delectable. And He is expecting judgment, and behold! Transgression! Righteousness, and behold! A cry!"

⁹ Rouse! Rouse! Clothe yourself with strength, arm of Yahweh! Rouse as in days aforetime, the generations of the eons! Are not You He, the Hewer of the audacious, the Wounder of the monster?

⁹ Therefore, far is judgment from them, and justice is not overtaking them. They are expecting light, and behold! darkness. Brightness, yet in gloom are they going."

²⁸ They have been fat, they have shone, Yea, they have overpassed the acts of the evil, Judgment they have not judged, The judgment of the fatherless--and they prosper, And the judgment of the needy they have not judged."

³ Thus said Yahweh:Do you judgment and righteousness, And deliver the plundered from the hand of the oppressor, And sojourner, orphan, and widow, you do not oppress nor wrong, And innocent blood you do not shed in this place."

¹⁶ He decided the cause of the poor and needy, Then [it is] well--is it not to know Me? An affirmation of Yahweh."

¹⁴ In order that none of the trees of the waters May become haughty because of their stature, Nor give their foliage between thickets, Nor any drinking waters stand up unto them in their haughtiness, For all of them are given up to death, Unto the earth--the lower part, In the midst of the sons of men, Unto those going down to the pit."

¹ And He is saying, Oh hear this! you heads of the house of Jacob, and captains of the house of Israel, is it not yours to know judgment?

¹ And He is saying, Oh hear this! you heads of the house of Jacob, and captains of the house of Israel, is it not yours to know judgment? ² You who are hating good and loving evil, snatching their skin off them, and their meat off their bones, ³ and who devour the meat of My people, and their skin they strip off them, and their bones they crunch, and spread them, as meat in the pot, and as flesh in the midst of the caldron."

⁹ Oh hear this! You heads of the house of Jacob, and captains of the house of Israel, who are abhorring judgment and are perverting all uprightness, ¹⁰ building Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity;" ¹¹ her heads are judging for a bribe, and her priests are directing for a price, and her prophets are divining for money, and on Yahweh they are leaning, saying:Is not Yahweh within us? Evil shall not come on us." ¹² Wherefore, due to you, Zion shall be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become rubbish heaps, and the mountain of the house fane heights of a wildwood."

² The kindly one has perished from the earth, and there is none upright among humanity. All of them are ambushing for blood; each man is hunting his brother with a seine net."

⁷ Yet I will watch in Yahweh. I will wait for the Elohim of my salvation. My Elohim will hear me.

⁸ Wherefore, tarry for Me, (averring is Yahweh), for the day of My rising to testify, seeing that My judgment is to gather the nations, to convene the kingdoms, to pour out My menace upon them, all the heat of My anger, for, by the fire of My jealousy, the entire earth shall be devoured."

¹⁷ Now then answering, Jesus said to them, "O generation unbelieving and perverse! Till when shall I be with you? Till when shall I bear with you? Bring him here to Me."

¹⁹ Now this is the judging: that the light has come into the world, and men love the darkness rather than the light, for their acts were wicked."

³⁴ Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, that 'I say you are gods'? " ³⁵ If He said those were gods, to whom the word of God came (and the scripture can not be annulled),

³⁵ Jesus, then, said to them, "Still a little time the light is among you. Be walking while you have the light, lest the darkness may be overtaking you. And he who is walking in the darkness is not aware whither he is going."

²⁸ And according as they do not test God, to have Him in recognition, God gives them over to a disqualified mind, to do that which is not befitting,

⁶ Now from those reputed to be somewhat-what kind they once were is of no consequence to me (God is not taking up the human aspect)-for to me those of repute submitted nothing.

¹⁹ Howbeit, the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: The Lord knew those who are His, and, Let everyone who is naming the name of the Lord withdraw from injustice. "

²⁷ for ritual clean and undefiled with God the Father is this: to be visiting the bereaved and widowed in their affliction, to be keeping oneself unspotted from the world."

¹¹ Yet he who is hating his brother is in darkness and in darkness is walking, and is not aware whither he is going, for the darkness blinds his eyes."

¹⁵ And the seventh messenger trumpets. And loud voices occurred in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of this world became our Lord's and His Christ's, and He shall be reigning for the eons of the eons! Amen!"
