Psalms 77:7 Cross References - CLV

⁷ Shall Yahweh cast off for the eons, And shall He not continue to be benevolent any more?

¹ {A Davidic Psalm{ How long, O Yahweh? Shall You forget me permanently? How long shall You conceal Your face from me? ² How long shall I set griefs in my soul, With affliction in my heart by day and night? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

²⁴ Though he should fall, he shall not be cast forth, For Yahweh is supporting his hand."

⁹ Yet indeed, now You have cast us off and are mortifying us; You do not go forth, O Elohim, among our hosts."

¹ {Contemplating, Asaphic{ Why, O Elohim, have You cast us off permanently? Shall Your anger smolder long against the flock of Your pasture?

⁵ How long, O Yahweh? Shall You be angry permanently? How long shall Your jealousy consume like a fire?

¹ {For the Sons of Korah, A Psalm{ You have held Your land dear, O Yahweh; You have reversed the captivity of Jacob."

⁵ Shall You be angry with us for the eon? Shall You protract Your anger for generation after generation?

³⁸ Yet You have cast off and are rejecting; You are enraged with Your anointed.

⁴⁶ How long, O Yahweh; shall You be concealed permanently? How long shall Your fury consume like fire?

²⁴ Is any one hidden in secret places, And I see him not? an affirmation of Yahweh, Do not I fill the heavens and the earth? An affirmation of Yahweh." ²⁵ I have heard that which the prophets said, Who prophesy in My name falsehood, saying, `I have dreamed, I have dreamed.'" ²⁶ Till when is it in the heart of the prophets? The prophets of falsehood, Yea, prophets of the deceit of their heart,

³¹ For Yahweh is not casting off for the eon; ³² Indeed though He afflicts, yet He has compassion according to the abundance of His benignities;"

¹ I am saying, then, Does not God thrust away His people? May it not be coming to that! For I also am an Israelite, out of Abraham's seed, Benjamin's tribe." ² God does not thrust away His people whom He foreknew. Or have you not perceived in Elijah what the scripture is saying, as he is pleading with God against Israel?
