¹³ I shall come to Your House with ascent offerings. I shall pay my vows to You,

¹¹ then it will come to be:the place where Yahweh your Elohim shall choose to tabernacle His name, there shall you bring all that I am instructing you, your ascent offerings and your sacrifices, your tithes, the heave offerings of your hand and all your choice vow offerings which you shall vow to Yahweh. ¹² You will rejoice before Yahweh your Elohim, you, your sons and your daughters, your servants, your maidservants and the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no portion or allotment among you.

²⁵ From You comes my praise in the vast assembly; I shall pay my vows in front of those fearing Him.

¹⁸ In Your benevolence, bring good to Zion; Build up the walls of Jerusalem." ¹⁹ Then You shall delight in righteous sacrifices, ascent approach and wholly fumed offering; Then young bulls shall be offered up on Your altar. {Permanent{ "

¹² O Elohim, I am under vows to You; I shall pay acclamation offerings to You."

⁴ Enter His gateways with acclamation! His courts with praise! Acclaim Him! Bless His Name!

¹⁴ I shall pay my vows to Yahweh Straight in front of all His people.

¹⁷ I shall sacrifice to You a sacrifice of acclamation And call on the Name of Yahweh. ¹⁸ I shall pay my vows to Yahweh Straight in front of all His people, ¹⁹ In the courts of Yahweh's House, In your midst, Jerusalem. Praise Yah."

¹⁹ Open the gates of righteousness to me; I shall enter through them and acclaim Yah.

²⁷ El is Yahweh, and He shall enlighten us. Bind the way of celebration with entwined boughs Unto the horns of the altar."

⁴ When you vow a vow to Elohim, do not delay to pay it, For there is no delight in those who are stupid; That which you vow, pay."

⁹ Yet let me, with the voice of praise and acclamation, sacrifice to You; let me repay to You that which I vowed. Salvation is of Yahweh."

¹⁵ Behold on the mountains, the feet of a tidings-bearer announcing peace! Celebrate, Judah, your celebrations! Pay your vows! For the decadent one shall not continue further to pass among you; he shall be altogether cut off."

¹⁵ Through Him, then, we may be offering up the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips avowing His name."
