⁹ In case the daughter of a priestly man should profane herself by prostitution, she is profaning her father; with fire shall she be burned.

²⁴ And coming is it, about three months from this, that it is being told Judah, saying, "Your daughter-in-law Thamar commits prostitution, and moreover, behold! Pregnant is she by prostitutions.And saying is Judah, "Bring her forth, and burned shall she be.

²⁹ Do not profane your daughter to make her a cult-prostitute that the land may not prostitute itself and the land be full of lewdness.

¹⁴ As for a man who takes a woman and her mother, this is lewdness. With fire shall they burn him and them so that no such lewdness may come up in your midst.

¹⁵ and it has been, he who is captured with the devoted thing is burnt with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the covenant of Yahweh, and because he has done folly in Israel..

²⁵ And Joshua said, `What! you have troubled us! --Yahweh does trouble you this day;' and all Israel cast stones at him, and they burn them with fire, and they stone them with stones,

¹⁷ And the sin of the young men is very great [in] the presence of Yahweh, for the men have despised the offering of Yahweh.

¹⁴ Afraid are the sinners in Zion, quivering holds the polluted. Who is telling you of the devouring fire? Who is telling you of the glowings eonian?

⁶ aged, young man, and virgin, and infant, and women, you do slay--to destruction; and against any man on whom [is] the mark you do not go nigh, and from My sanctuary you begin.'"

³ Behold Me rebuking your seed. And I winnow dung on your faces, the dung of your celebrations, and I carry you away with it."

²⁰ Then He begins to reproach the cities in which most of His powerful deeds occurred, for they do not repent." ²¹ Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the powerful deeds which are occurring in you occurred in Tyre and Sidon, long ago they would repent, sitting in sackcloth and ashes." ²² Moreover, I am saying to you, For Tyre and Sidon shall it be more tolerable in the day of judging than for you." ²³ And you, Capernaum! Not to heaven shall you be exalted! To the unseen shall you subside, for, if the powerful deeds which are occurring in you had occurred in Sodom, it might remain unto today." ²⁴ Moreover, I am saying to you that for the land of Sodom shall it be more tolerable in the day of judging than for you."

⁴ controlling his own household ideally, having his children in subjection with all gravity -" ⁵ now if anyone is not aware how to control his own household, how will he care for the ecclesia of God? -"

⁶ If anyone is unimpeachable, the husband of one wife, having believing children, not under the accusation of profligacy or insubordinate -"
