⁶ Forasmuch as this people reject the waters of Shiloah which are going carefully, and are elated over Rezin and Remaliah's son, ⁷ wherefore, also, behold! My Lord is bringing up over them the waters of the stream, the staunch and the vast--the king of Assyria and all his glory. And up it goes over all its channels, and goes over all its banks." ⁸ And it passes on into Judah, overflows and passes till it will touch the neck. And its outstretched wings come to fill the width of your land. Emmanu-El."
