¹⁰ Then He said: Behold, I am contracting a covenant; in front of all your people shall I do marvels which have not been created on the entire earth, or among any of the nations. So all the people among whom you are will see the handiwork of Yahweh, for fear inspiring is that which I am doing with you.

⁷ And he took the scroll of the covenant and read it in the ears of the people; so they said: All that Yahweh has spoken we shall do and hearken to. ⁸ Now Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people and said: Behold the blood of the covenant which Yahweh contracts with you concerning all these matters.

²⁷ Yahweh said to Moses: Write for yourself these words, for at the bidding of these words I contract with you a covenant and with Israel.

¹³ He told you His covenant which He instructed you to keep, the ten words. Then He wrote them on two tablets of stone.

³² For ask now about the former days which came before you, from the day that Elohim created humanity on the earth, and from one end of the heavens unto the other end of the heavens:Has there occurred anything like this great thing, or has anything been heard like it? ³³ Has a people ever heard the voice of the living Elohim speaking from the midst of the fire just as you heard it, and lived? ³⁴ Or has an elohim ever tried to come and take for himself a nation from among another nation by trials, by signs and by miracles, by war, by a steadfast hand and by an outstretched arm and by great fear-inspiring deeds, such as all that Yahweh your Elohim did for you in Egypt before your eyes? ³⁵ You were shown this to know that Yahweh, He is the only Elohim. There is no one else aside from Him. ³⁶ From the heavens He let you hear His voice, to discipline you, and on the earth He showed you His great fire, and you heard His words from the midst of the fire. ³⁷ For inasmuch as He loved your fathers and chose their seed after them and brought you forth from Egypt into His presence by His great vigor,

² Yahweh our Elohim, He contracted a covenant with us at Horeb. ³ Not with our fathers did Yahweh contract this covenant, but with us, us, these here today, all of us who are alive.

²¹ He is your praise, and He is your Elohim Who did for you these great and fear-inspiring deeds that your eyes saw.

¹² that you may enter into the covenant with Yahweh your Elohim and into His imprecation that Yahweh your Elohim is contracting with you today, ¹³ so that He may set you up today as His people. And He shall become your Elohim just as He promised to you and just as He had sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. ¹⁴ And not with you, you alone, am I contracting this covenant and this imprecation,

³⁰ How could one pursue a thousand or two put a myriad to flight, if it were not that their Rock had sold them, and Yahweh had surrounded them?

²⁰ And the people shout, and blow with the trumpets, and it comes to pass when the people hear the voice of the trumpet, that the people shout--a great shout, and the wall falls under it, and the people goes up into the city, each over-against him, and they capture the city;"

¹² Then speaks Joshua to Yahweh in the day of Yahweh's giving up the Amorites before the sons of Israel, and he said, before the eyes of Israel, `Sun--in Gibeon stand still; and moon--in the valley of Ajalon;. <sup>13</sup> and the sun stands still, and the moon has stood--till the nation takes vengeance [on] its enemies; is it not written on the Book of the Upright, `and the sun stands in the midst of the heavens, and has not hasted to go in--as a perfect day?.

²³ `And who [is] as Your people, as Israel--one nation in the earth, whom Elohim has gone to redeem to Him for a people, and to make for Him a name--and to do for you the greatness--even fearful things for Your land, at the presence of Your people, whom You have redeemed to You out of Egypt--[among the] nations and their elohims?

⁵ By fear inspiring deeds, shall You answer us in righteousness, O Elohim of our salvation, The Trust of all the ends of the earth and the sea afar,

³ Say to Elohim, How fear inspiring are Your doings! Because of the vastness of Your strength Your enemies shall cower before You."

⁵ Come and see the deeds of Elohim; Fear inspiring is His activity on behalf of the sons of humanity.

³⁵ Fear inspiring is Elohim from His grand sanctuary; The El of Israel, He gives strength and staunchness to His people. Blessed be Elohim! {Permanent{ {Concerning Elations {Anemones{{ "

¹² He shall restrict the spirit of governors, He Who is fear inspiring to the kings of the earth. {Permanent{ {On Acclamation{ "

¹⁴ You are the El Who performed a marvel; You made Your strength known among the peoples.

¹² In front of their fathers He had performed a marvel, In the country of Egypt, the field of Zoan:"

²² Marvelous works in the country of Ham, Fear inspiring deeds by the Sea of Weeds."

⁶ The strength of Your fear inspiring deeds may they affirm, And Your great achievements let me relate."

²⁰ He has not done so for any other nation, And His ordinances, they do not know them at all. Praise Yah."

³ When You do fearful things which we are not expecting, You do descend! Quivering because of Your presence, the mountains flow."

²¹ `And You bring forth Your people Israel from the land of Egypt, with signs and with wonders, and by a strong hand, and by a stretched-out arm, and by great fear,
