⁹ In every manner of transgression over a bull, over a donkey, over a flockling, over raiment or over every lost thing which one says that this is it, unto the elohim shall come the word of the two of them. Whom the elohim shall condemn, he shall repay double to his associate.

²¹ Now you shall perceive among all the people men of ability, fearful of Elohim, men of truth, hating gain. You will place these over them as chiefs of thousands, chiefs of hundreds, chiefs of fifties and chiefs of tens. ²² And they will judge the people in every season. Yet it will be that every great matter of dispute they shall bring to you, and every small matter shall they judge themselves. Lighten yourself from what is on you, and they will bear it with you.

⁴ If the theft is found, yea found alive in his hand, whether bull or donkey or flockling, he shall only repay double.

⁷ When a man gives to his associate silver or articles to keep, and they are stolen from the man's house, if the thief is found he shall repay double. ⁸ If the thief is not found then the possessor of the house will be brought near to the elohim to show whether or not he has put forth his hand on the work of his associate.

²⁸ You shall not maledict the elohim, and a prince among your people you shall not curse.

⁶ You shall not turn aside the judgment of your needy in his contention. ⁷ From a false matter you shall be far; and the innocent and the righteous one you must not kill, for I shall not justify the wicked one. ⁸ You shall not take a bribe, for the bribe is blinding the unclosed eyes and is subverting the words of the righteous.

⁶ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, In case a man or a woman should commit any of the sins of humanity so as to offend with an offense against Yahweh, and that soul realizes his guilt, ⁷ then they will confess their sin which they had committed, the sinner will make restoration for his guilt in its full value, and he shall add a fifth of it onto it and give it to him to whom he became guilty.

¹⁸ You shall appoint judges and superintendents for yourselves in all your gates which Yahweh your Elohim is giving to you for your tribes; and they will judge the people with just judgment. ¹⁹ You shall not turn aside the judgment; you shall neither recognize faces in partiality nor take a bribe, for the bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the words of the righteous.

¹ In case there should come to be a contention between men, and they come close for judgment, and they judge them, then they will justify the righteous and condemn the wicked.

³¹ that which a man sins against his neighbor, and he has lifted up upon him an oath to cause him to swear, and the oath has come in before Your altar in this house,

¹⁰ and any strife that comes in unto you of your brethren who are dwelling in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and command, statutes, and judgments, then you have warned them and they become not guilty before Yahweh, and wrath has not been on you and on your brethren; thus do you do, and you are not guilty.

¹⁴ For if you should be forgiving men their offenses, your heavenly Father also will be forgiving you." ¹⁵ Yet if you should not be forgiving men their offenses, neither will your Father be forgiving your offenses."

¹⁵ Now, if ever your brother should be sinning, go and expose him between you and him alone. If ever he should be hearing you, you gain your brother."

³⁵ Thus shall My heavenly Father also be doing to you, if each one should not be pardoning his brother, from your hearts."

³ Take heed to yourselves. Yet if your brother should be sinning, rebuke him, and if he should ever indeed repent, forgive him." ⁴ And if he should ever be sinning against you seven times a day, and if he should ever be turning about seven times a day to you, saying 'I am repenting,' you shall be forgiving him."
