¹⁰ And not only this, but also Rebecca having conception from one man, our father Isaac;

²¹ Now Isaac prayed to the Lord concerning Rebecca his wife, because she was barren; and the Lord heard him, and his wife Rebecca conceived in her womb. ²² And the babes leaped within her; and she said, If it will be so with me, why is this to me? And she went to inquire of the Lord. ²³ And the Lord said to her, There are two nations in your womb, and two peoples shall be separated from your body, and one people shall be stronger than the other, and the older shall serve the younger.

²⁶ And besides all this, between us and you a great gulf has been fixed, so that those who desire to cross over from here to you are not able, nor may those from there cross over to us.'

³ And not only that, but we also rejoice in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces endurance;

¹¹ And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom now we received the reconciliation.
