⁴ And these are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, an ephod, a full-length robe, a tunic with a fringe, a turban, and a sash; and they shall make holy garments for Aaron and his sons to minister to Me as priests.

¹³ And Moses brought the sons of Aaron near, and put on them tunics and girded them with sashes, and put hats on them, as the Lord commanded Moses.

¹⁷ And it shall come to pass when they enter the gates of the inner court, that they shall put on linen robes; and they shall not put on woolen garments when they minister at the gate of the inner court. ¹⁸ And they shall have linen turbans upon their heads, and shall have linen drawers upon their loins; and they shall not tightly gird themselves.

⁹ Likewise also that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and discretion, not with braids or gold or pearls or expensive clothing, ¹⁰ but which is fitting for women professing godliness, by means of good works.

⁹ But those desiring to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and many senseless and harmful lusts which sink men in destruction and perdition. ¹⁰ For the love of money is a root of all evils, of which some by aspiring have strayed away from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. ¹¹ You however, O man of God, flee these things. But pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, gentleness.

⁷ in all respects showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, dignity, incorruptibility,

¹⁰ not embezzling, but showing good faith, so that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.

³ Of whom let it not be the outward adorning of braiding of hair, and wearing of gold, or of putting on of fine clothes, ⁴ rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible attitude of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious before God.

⁵ Likewise, younger people, subject yourselves to the elders. And all of you be subject to one another, and be clothed with humility, because "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
