²⁴ And Memphibosheth the son of Saul's son went down to meet the king, and had not dressed his feet, nor trimmed his nails, nor shaved himself, neither had he washed his garments, from the day that the king departed, until the day that he arrived in peace.

⁶ And Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan the son of Saul came to the King David, and he fell upon his face and bowed down before him.
