¹⁷ For by it is the ryghteousnes of God opened fro fayth to fayth. As it is written: the iuste shall lyue by fayth

⁴ Behold, he that lifteth vp him selfe, his minde is not vpright in him: but the iust shall liue by his fayth

³⁶ He that beleueth on the sonne, hath euerlastyng lyfe: He that beleueth not the sonne, shall not see life, but the wrath of God abydeth on hym

³ What then though some of them dyd not beleue? Shal their vnbeliefe make the fayth of God without effect

²¹ But nowe is the righteousnes of God declared without the lawe, beyng witnessed by the testimonie of the lawe and of the prophetes

³⁰ What shall we say then? that the gentiles which folowed not ryghteousnes, haue obtayned righteousnesse: euen the ryghteousnesse which cometh of fayth

¹¹ But that no man is iustified by ye lawe in the sight of God, it is euident. For the iust shall lyue by fayth

⁹ And be founde in hym, not hauyng myne owne ryghteousnesse which is of the lawe: but that which is through the fayth of Christ, the ryghteousnes which commeth of God through fayth

³⁸ And the iuste shall lyue by fayth: And yf he withdrawe hym selfe, my soule shall haue no pleasure in hym

⁶ But without fayth it is vnpossible to please hym: For he that cometh to God, must beleue that God is, and that he is a rewarder of them that seeke him ⁷ By fayth Noe beyng warned of God of thinges not seene as yet, moued with reuerence, prepared the arke to the sauyng of his house, through the whiche [arke] he condempned the worlde, and became heire of the righteousnes which is by fayth
