⁵ And they went. And having gone out again about the sixth and ninth hour, he did likewise.

⁴⁵ And from the sixth hour, darkness was over all the land, until the ninth hour.

³³ And the sixth hour having arrived, darkness came over the whole land, until the ninth hour. ³⁴ And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” Which is translated, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”

⁴⁴ And now it was about the sixth hour, and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour. ⁴⁵ The sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in the middle. ⁴⁶ And having called out in a loud voice, Jesus said, “Father, into Your hands I commit My Spirit.” And having said this, He breathed His last.

³⁹ He says to them, “Come, and you will see.” So they went and saw where He abides, and they stayed with Him that day. It was about the tenth hour.

⁶ And Jacob’s well was there. Therefore Jesus, being wearied from the journey, thus was sitting at the well. The hour was about the sixth.

⁹ Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world.

¹ Now Peter and John were going up into the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth.

³ About the ninth hour of the day, he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God having come to him and having said to him, “Cornelius!”

⁹ Now on the next day as these are journeying and are approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hour to pray.

²⁴ By faith Moses, having become grown, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, ²⁵ having chosen to suffer affliction with the people of God, rather than to have the fleeting enjoyment of sin, ²⁶ having esteemed the reproach of Christ greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking toward the reward.
