¹⁹ When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many hand-baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They say to Him, “Twelve.” ²⁰ “And when the seven were to the four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.”

¹¹ And Jesus took the loaves, and having given thanks, He distributed to those reclining; likewise also of the fish, as much as they wished. ¹² Now when they were filled, He says to His disciples, “Gather together the fragments having been over and above, so that not anything may be lost.” ¹³ So they gathered them together and filled twelve hand-baskets of fragments from the five barley loaves, which were over and above to those having eaten.

¹⁸ But I have all things, and abound. I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things from you, an odor of a sweet smell, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God. ¹⁹ And my God will fill up all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
