¹³ And no one has gone up into heaven except the One having come down out of heaven, the Son of Man.

²⁰ teaching them to observe all things, whatever I commanded you. And behold, I am with you all the days, until the completion of the age.”

¹⁹ Therefore indeed the Lord Jesus, after speaking to them, was taken up into the heaven and sat at the right hand of God. ²⁰ And having gone forth, they preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word by the accompanying signs.

¹⁸ No one has ever yet seen God. The only begotten God, the One being in the bosom of the Father, He has made Him known.

³¹ The One coming from above is above all. The one being from the earth is from the earth, and speaks from the earth. The One coming from heaven is above all.

³³ For the bread of God is the One coming out of heaven and giving life to the world.”

³⁸ For I have come down from heaven, not that I should do My will, but the will of the One having sent Me.

⁴² And they were saying, “Is this not Jesus the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How then does He say, ‘I have come down from heaven?’”

⁴⁶ Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One being from God; He has seen the Father.

⁵¹ I am the living bread, having come down from heaven. If anyone shall have eaten of this bread, he will live to the age. And also, the bread that I will give for the life of the world is My flesh.”

⁶² Then what if you should see the Son of Man ascending to where He was before?

⁴² Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would have loved Me, for I came forth from God and am here; for not even have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.

³ knowing that the Father has given Him all things into the hands, and that He came forth from God and He is going to God,

²⁸ I came forth from the Father and have come into the world; again I leave the world and go to the Father.” ²⁹ His disciples say, “Behold, now You speak in openness, and You do not speak allegory. ³⁰ Now we know that You know all things, and have no need that anyone should ask You. In this we believe that You came forth from God.”

⁵ And now glorify Me, You Father, with Yourself, with the glory that I had with You before the world existed.

³⁴ For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand,

²⁸ Take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has set you overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which He purchased with the own blood.

⁶ But the righteousness of faith speaks thus: “You should not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring down Christ)

⁴⁷ The first man was made of dust from the earth, the second man from heaven.

²³ which is His body, the fullness of the One filling all in all.

⁹ Now what is “He ascended,” except that He also descended into the lower regions of the earth? ¹⁰ The One having descended is also the same one having ascended above all the heavens, so that He might fill all things.
