⁷ in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

²⁸ even as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

²⁸ For this is My blood of the covenant, being poured out for many, for forgiveness of sins.

²⁴ And He said to them, “This is My blood of the covenant, which is being poured out for many.

⁷⁷ to give knowledge of salvation to His people, in forgiveness of their sins,

⁴⁰ And answering, Jesus said to him, “Simon, I have something to say to you.” And he says, “Teacher, say it.” ⁴¹ “There were two debtors to a certain creditor. The one owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. ⁴² They having nothing to pay, he forgave both. Therefore which of them will love him more?”

⁴⁷ Therefore I say to you this: Her many sins have been forgiven, for she loved much; but to whom little is forgiven, he loves little.” ⁴⁸ And He said to her, “Your sins have been forgiven.” ⁴⁹ And those reclining began to say within themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” ⁵⁰ And He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

⁴⁷ and repentance and forgiveness of sins to be proclaimed in His name to all nations, having begun from Jerusalem.

²³ If you might forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you might retain any, they are retained.”

³⁸ And Peter says to them, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

¹⁹ Repent, therefore, and turn again, for the blotting out of your sins,

⁴³ To Him all the prophets bear witness that everyone believing in Him receives forgiveness of sins through His name.”

³⁸ Therefore be it known to you, men, brothers, that through this One, forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. ³⁹ And in Him everyone believing is justified from all things from which you were not able to be justified in the Law of Moses.

²⁸ Take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has set you overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which He purchased with the own blood.

⁴ Or do you despise the riches of His kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance?

²⁴ being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

⁶ just as David also declares the blessedness of the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: ⁷ “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; ⁸ blessed is the man against whom the Lord will never reckon sin.” ⁹ Is this blessing then on the circumcision, or also on the uncircumcision? For we are saying faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness.

²³ that He might also make known the riches of His glory upon the vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory,

³⁰ But out of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who has been made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

⁹ For you know the grace our Lord Jesus Christ, that being rich, for the sake of you He became poor, so that you through His poverty might be enriched.

⁶ to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He has freely given us in the Beloved One,

⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

⁷ in order that in the coming ages He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

⁸ To me, the very least of all saints, was given this grace: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ

¹⁶ that He might give you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power by His Spirit in the inner man,

¹⁹ And my God will fill up all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

¹⁴ in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

²⁷ to whom God has willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory,

² that their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and to all the riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, which is Christ,

¹³ And you being dead in the trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

⁶ the One having given Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony in their own proper times,

¹⁴ who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all lawlessness and might purify to Himself a people specially chosen, zealous of good works.

⁶ whom He poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,

¹² nor by blood of goats and calves, but through the own blood, He entered once for all into the holy places, having obtained eternal redemption. ¹³ For if the blood of goats and of bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those having been defiled sanctify them for the purification of the flesh, ¹⁴ how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself unblemished to God, purify our conscience from dead works, in order to serve the living God! ¹⁵ And because of this, He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, death having taken place for redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, those having been called might receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

²² And almost all things are purified with blood according to the Law, and apart from blood-shedding there is no forgiveness.

⁴ For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and of goats to take away sins. ⁵ Therefore coming into the world, He says: “Sacrifice and offering You have not desired, but a body You have prepared me. ⁶ In burnt offerings and offerings for sin You have not delighted. ⁷ Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come— in the scroll of the book it is written of Me— to do Your will, O God.’” ⁸ Saying above, “Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offerings for sin, You have not desired, nor have You delighted in” (which are offered according to the Law), ⁹ then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will.” He takes away the first that He might establish the second. ¹⁰ By that will, we are having been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. ¹¹ And indeed every priest stands every day, ministering and offering the same sacrifices repeatedly, which never are able to take away sins. ¹² But this One, having offered one sacrifice for sins in perpetuity, sat down at the right hand of God,

¹⁷ and, “Their sins and their lawless acts, I will remember no more.” ¹⁸ Now where there is forgiveness of these, no longer is there an offering for sin.

¹⁸ knowing that you were redeemed from your futile manner of life handed down from your fathers, not by perishable things—by silver or by gold— ¹⁹ but by the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot,

²⁴ Who Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that, having been dead to sins, we might live to righteousness. “By whose scourge marks you have been healed.”

¹⁸ because Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, so that He might bring you to God, having been put to death indeed in the flesh, but having been made alive in the spirit,

⁷ But if we should walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. ⁸ If we should say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we should confess our sins, He is faithful and just, that He may forgive us our sins and might cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

² And He is the propitiation for our sins, and not only for ours, but also for those of the whole world.

¹² I am writing to you, little children, because the sins have been forgiven you for the sake of His name.

¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son as a propitiation for our sins.

⁹ And they are singing a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slain, and You purchased to God by Your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,

⁴ These are they who have not been defiled with women; for they are pure, these following the Lamb wherever He shall go. These have been redeemed out from men as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.
