³¹ For you are all able to prophesy one by one, so that all may learn, and all may be exhorted.

¹² and, that is, to be encouraged together among you through the faith among one another, both of you and of me.

³ But the one prophesying speaks to men for edification and encouragement and consolation.

¹⁹ But in the church, I desire to speak five words with my mind, that also I might instruct others, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue.

³⁵ But if they desire to learn anything, let them ask the own husbands at home; for it is shameful for a woman to speak in the church.

⁶ But God, the One comforting the downcast, encouraged us by the coming of Titus, ⁷ and not only by his coming, but also by the comfort with which he was comforted as to you, relating to us your earnest desire, your mourning, your zeal for me, so as for me to rejoice the more.

¹¹ And He gave some indeed to be apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelists, and some shepherds and teachers, ¹² toward the perfecting of the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ,

²² whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know the things concerning us, and he may encourage your hearts.

¹⁸ Therefore encourage one another with these words.

¹¹ Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as also you are doing.

¹⁴ And we exhort you, brothers, to admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient toward all.
