⁴⁴ While Peter was speaking these things, the Holy Spirit fell on all that heard the word.

² And suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a rushing, violent wind, and it filled the whole house in which they were sitting. ³ And there appeared to them tongues like fire, which distributed them selves, and sat one on each of them. ⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

³¹ And when they had prayed, the place in which they were assembled was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and spoke the word of God with boldness.
