²⁰ That thou mayest walk in the way of good men,
And keep the paths of the righteous.

⁶³ I am a companion of all them that fear thee,
And of them that observe thy precepts.

¹¹⁵ Depart from me, ye evil-doers,
That I may keep the commandments of my God.

²⁰ Walk with wise men, and thou shalt be wise;
But the companion of fools shall smart for it.

⁷ Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth,
Where thou feedest [thy flock],
Where thou makest [it] to rest at noon:
For why should I be as one that is veiled
Beside the flocks of thy companions?
⁸ If thou know not, O thou fairest among women,
Go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock,
And feed thy kids beside the shepherds' tents.

¹⁶ Thus saith Jehovah, Stand ye in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way; and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls: but they said, We will not walk [therein].

¹² that ye be not sluggish, but imitators of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

¹¹ Beloved, imitate not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
