³⁵ And Jehovah hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks and herds, and silver and gold, and men-servants and maid-servants, and camels and asses.

² and I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and be thou a blessing:

¹⁶ And he dealt well with Abram for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he-asses, and men-servants, and maid-servants, and she-asses, and camels.

² And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

¹ And Abraham was old, [and] well stricken in age: and Jehovah had blessed Abraham in all things.

¹¹ And it came to pass after the death of Abraham, that God blessed Isaac his son: and Isaac dwelt by Beer-lahai-roi.

³ His substance also was seven thousand sheep, and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she-asses, and a very great household; so that this man was the greatest of all the children of the east.

¹⁰ And Jehovah turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: and Jehovah gave Job twice as much as he had before.
¹¹ Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him concerning all the evil that Jehovah had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one a ring of gold. ¹² So Jehovah blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: And he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses.

³⁵ Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation;
And thy right hand hath holden me up,
And thy gentleness hath made me great.

³⁸ He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly;
And he suffereth not their cattle to decrease.

³ Wealth and riches are in his house;
And his righteousness endureth for ever.

²² The blessing of Jehovah, it maketh rich;
And he addeth no sorrow therewith.

⁴ The reward of humility [and] the fear of Jehovah
[Is] riches, and honor, and life.

³³ But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

⁸ for bodily exercise is profitable for a little; but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life which now is, and of that which is to come.
