³⁶ For Jehovah will judge his people,
And repent himself for his servants;
When he seeth that [their] power is gone,
And there is none [remaining], shut up or left at large.

¹ And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither Jehovah thy God hath driven thee, ² and shalt return unto Jehovah thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul; ³ that then Jehovah thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the peoples, whither Jehovah thy God hath scattered thee.

¹⁸ And when Jehovah raised them up judges, then Jehovah was with the judge, and saved them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented Jehovah because of their groaning by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.

²⁶ For Jehovah saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter; for there was none shut up nor left at large, neither was there any helper for Israel.

⁸ Jehovah ministereth judgment to the peoples:
Judge me, O Jehovah, according to my righteousness, and to mine integrity that is in me.

⁴ He calleth to the heavens above,
And to the earth, that he may judge his people:

¹³ Return, O Jehovah; how long?
And let it repent thee concerning thy servants.

¹³ Before Jehovah; for he cometh,
For he cometh to judge the earth:
He will judge the world with righteousness,
And the peoples with his truth.

⁴⁵ And he remembered for them his covenant,
And repented according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.

¹⁴ For Jehovah will judge his people,
And repent himself concerning his servants.

²⁰ Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a darling child? for as often as I speak against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my heart yearneth for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith Jehovah.

¹⁴ Who knoweth whether he will not turn and repent, and leave a blessing behind him, even a meal-offering and a drink-offering unto Jehovah your God?

³ Jehovah repented concerning this: It shall not be, saith Jehovah.

⁶ Jehovah repented concerning this: This also shall not be, saith the Lord Jehovah.

³⁰ For we know him that said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
