²² And you shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endures to the end shall be saved.

⁵ Hear the word of the LORD, you that tremble at his word; Your brothers that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed. ⁶ A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that renders recompense to his enemies.

¹² Blessed is he that waits, and comes to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. ¹³ But go you your way till the end be: for you shall rest, and stand in your lot at the end of the days.

¹¹ Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

³⁹ He that finds his life shall lose it: and he that loses his life for my sake shall find it.

⁹ Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and you shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.

⁷ The world cannot hate you; but me it hates, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

¹⁸ If the world hate you, you know that it hated me before it hated you. ¹⁹ If you were of the world, the world would love his own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. ²⁰ Remember the word that I said to you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. ²¹ But all these things will they do to you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

¹⁴ I have given them your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

¹⁶ For I will show him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

⁷ To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, eternal life:

¹¹ For we which live are always delivered to death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

⁹ And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

¹⁴ For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end;

¹¹ And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope to the end:

¹² Blessed is the man that endures temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to them that love him.

¹³ Marvel not, my brothers, if the world hate you.

²⁰ But you, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, ²¹ Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

³ And have borne, and have patience, and for my name's sake have labored, and have not fainted.

⁷ He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the middle of the paradise of God.

¹⁰ Fear none of those things which you shall suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that you may be tried; and you shall have tribulation ten days: be you faithful to death, and I will give you a crown of life.

¹⁷ He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knows saving he that receives it.

²⁶ And he that overcomes, and keeps my works to the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

²¹ To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
