² Thus said the LORD, the God of Israel, to you, O Baruch:

⁹ In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bore them, and carried them all the days of old.

⁷ But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goes before you into Galilee: there shall you see him, as he said to you.

⁴ Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted of God.

⁶ Nevertheless God, that comforts those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;

¹⁸ For in that he himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to succor them that are tempted.

¹⁵ For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
