¹⁹ Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

² By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

¹⁵ For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

⁶ And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. ⁷ Why you are no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

¹⁸ For through him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.

¹² In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

⁷ For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

¹⁶ Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

²⁵ Why he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come to God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.

³ And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;

⁷ But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people: ⁸ The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:

¹² Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

²³ It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. ²⁴ For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: ²⁵ Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place every year with blood of others;

²⁸ Why we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

¹ My little children, these things write I to you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: ² And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

¹⁹ And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. ²⁰ For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. ²¹ Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.

¹⁷ Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
