²² And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end you may know that I am the LORD in the middle of the earth.

¹⁷ Thus said the LORD, In this you shall know that I am the LORD: behold, I will smite with the rod that is in my hand on the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.

¹⁰ And he said, To morrow. And he said, Be it according to your word: that you may know that there is none like to the LORD our God.

⁴ And the LORD shall sever between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt: and there shall nothing die of all that is the children's of Israel.

⁶ And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

²⁶ Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

²⁹ And Moses said to him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands to the LORD; and the thunder shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that you may know how that the earth is the LORD's.

²³ They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.

⁶ And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more. ⁷ But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that you may know how that the LORD does put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.

¹³ And the blood shall be to you for a token on the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.

¹² For God is my King of old, working salvation in the middle of the earth.

² The LORD shall send the rod of your strength out of Zion: rule you in the middle of your enemies.

¹⁹ Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the LORD.

¹⁸ Then shall you return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves God and him that serves him not.
