²³ And he said, LORD God of Israel, there is no God like you, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keep covenant and mercy with your servants that walk before you with all their heart:

¹ And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said to him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be you perfect.

²⁰ And he erected there an altar, and called it EleloheIsrael.

¹⁵ And God said moreover to Moses, Thus shall you say to the children of Israel, the LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial to all generations.

¹¹ Who is like to you, O LORD, among the gods? who is like you, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

⁹ Know therefore that the LORD your God, he is God, the faithful God, which keeps covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

² There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside you: neither is there any rock like our God.

²² Why you are great, O LORD God: for there is none like you, neither is there any God beside you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.

⁴ That the LORD may continue his word which he spoke concerning me, saying, If your children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail you (said he) a man on the throne of Israel.

⁶ And Solomon said, You have showed to your servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before you in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with you; and you have kept for him this great kindness, that you have given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.

¹² Concerning this house which you are in building, if you will walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with you, which I spoke to David your father:

³ I beseech you, O LORD, remember now how I have walked before you in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in your sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.

⁵ And said, I beseech you, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keeps covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:

³² Now therefore, our God, the great, the mighty, and the terrible God, who keep covenant and mercy, let not all the trouble seem little before you, that has come on us, on our kings, on our princes, and on our priests, and on our prophets, and on our fathers, and on all your people, since the time of the kings of Assyria to this day.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like to you, which deliver the poor from him that is too strong for him, yes, the poor and the needy from him that spoils him?

⁸ Among the gods there is none like to you, O Lord; neither are there any works like to your works.

³ I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn to David my servant, ⁴ Your seed will I establish for ever, and build up your throne to all generations. Selah. ⁵ And the heavens shall praise your wonders, O LORD: your faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints. ⁶ For who in the heaven can be compared to the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened to the LORD? ⁷ God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him. ⁸ O LORD God of hosts, who is a strong LORD like to you? or to your faithfulness round about you?

⁵ Who is like to the LORD our God, who dwells on high,

¹⁸ To whom then will you liken God? or what likeness will you compare to him?

²⁵ To whom then will you liken me, or shall I be equal? said the Holy One.

⁶ For as much as there is none like to you, O LORD; you are great, and your name is great in might.

¹⁶ The portion of Jacob is not like them: for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the rod of his inheritance: The LORD of hosts is his name.

⁴ And I prayed to the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

¹⁸ Who is a God like to you, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retains not his anger for ever, because he delights in mercy. ¹⁹ He will turn again, he will have compassion on us; he will subdue our iniquities; and you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. ²⁰ You will perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.

⁷² To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant;
