¹⁰ The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.

¹⁴ Thou have seen. For thou behold mischief and spite, to repay with thy hand. The poor man commits himself to thee. Thou have been the helper of the fatherless.

¹⁷ LORD, thou have heard the desire of the humble. Thou will prepare their heart, thou will cause thine ear to hear,

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like thee, who delivers a poor man from him who is too strong for him, yea, a poor and needy man from him who robs him?

⁴ He will judge the poor of the people. He will save the sons of the needy, and will break in pieces the oppressor.

¹² For he will deliver a needy man when he cries, and a poor man, who has no helper. ¹³ He will have pity on a poor and needy man, and he will save the souls of the needy.

⁴¹ Yet he sets a needy man on high from affliction, and makes him families like a flock.

³¹ For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those who judge his soul.

¹² I know that LORD will maintain the cause of the afflicted man, and justice for the needy.
