8 Moreover I make a decree what ye shall do to these elders of the Jews for the building of this house of God: That of the king's goods, even of the tribute beyond the River, expenses be given with all diligence to these men, that they not be hindered.

Ezra 4:16

16 We certify to the king that, if this city be built, and the walls finished, by this means thou shall have no portion beyond the River.

Psalms 68:29-31

29 Because of thy temple at Jerusalem kings shall bring presents to thee. 30 Rebuke the wild beast of the reeds, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples, trampling under foot the pieces of silver.
