⁷ And one of the four animals gave to the seven angels seven golden cups, full of the wrath of God, who lives forever and ever.

⁹ For they themselves report concerning us, what manner of entrance we had to you, and how ye turned to God from idols, to serve the living and true God,

⁶ and before the throne as it were a sea of glass like to crystal; and in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, four animals full of eyes before and behind. ⁷ And the first animal was like to a lion, and the second animal like to a calf, and the third animal having its face as of a man, and the fourth animal like to an eagle flying. ⁸ And the four animals had each of them six wings apiece; around and within they are full of eyes; and they have no rest by day and by night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God the Almighty, who was, and who is, and who is to come. ⁹ And when the animals shall give glory, and honor, and thanksgiving, to him who sits upon the throne, to him who lives forever and ever,

⁸ And when he took the book, the four animals, and the twenty-four elders, fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden cups full of odors, which are the prayers of saints.

⁶ and swore by him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things therein, and the earth and the things therein, and the sea and the things therein, that there shall be time no longer;

¹ AND I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having seven plagues; which are the last, because in them is completed the wrath of God.

² And the first departed, and poured out his cup into the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men who have the mark of the beast, and who worship his image.

⁹ And there came one from among the seven angels, who have the seven cups full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying: Come hither; I will show thee the bride, the wife of the Lamb.
