⁶ For I am Jehovah, I have not changed, And ye, the sons of Jacob, Ye have not been consumed.

¹⁶ for God did so love the world, that His Son—the only begotten—He gave, that every one who is believing in him may not perish, but may have life age-during. ¹⁷ For God did not send His Son to the world that he may judge the world, but that the world may be saved through him;

²⁰ If, then, ye did die with the Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances? ²¹ —thou mayest not touch, nor taste, nor handle— ²² which are all for destruction with the using, after the commands and teachings of men, ²³ which are, indeed, having a matter of wisdom in will-worship, and humble-mindedness, and neglecting of body—not in any honour, unto a satisfying of the flesh.

¹⁶ every Writing is God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for setting aright, for instruction that is in righteousness, ¹⁷ that the man of God may be fitted—for every good work having been completed.
