John 20:19-24

19 Now the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, and the doors where the disciples were being shut, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be to you. 20 And when He had said this, He shewed them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore rejoiced when they saw the Lord. 21 Then said Jesus unto them again, Peace be to you. As my Father sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when He said this, He breathed upon them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the holy Spirit: 23 and whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; but whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained. 24 But Thomas called Didymus, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came.

1 Timothy 2:5

Matthew 16:18-19

18 And I also say unto thee, as thou art called Peter, so upon this rock, which thou hast confessed, will I build my church, and the gates of death shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
