³³ These things have I spoken to you, that in Me ye may have peace. In the world ye have tribulation; but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

⁶ But I say this: He that sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he that sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully. ⁷ Let each one do as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loveth a cheerful giver. ⁸ And God is able to make all grace abound to you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in every thing, may abound to every good work: ⁹ as it has been written, "He scattered abroad, he gave to the poor; his righteousness abides forever."

¹⁷ Every good gift, and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the lights, with Whom there is no variableness or shadow cast by turning.

¹⁶ Rejoice always: ¹⁷ pray without ceasing. ¹⁸ In everything give thanks; for this is God's will in Christ Jesus respecting you.
