¹¹ Then I saw heaven thrown open and a white horse appeared. His rider was called Faithful and True, and in justice He passes judgment and wages war. ¹² His eyes were like coals of fire. On His head were many diadems, and on Him a name was written which no one knew but Himself. ¹³ He wore a garment dipped in blood, and His name was the Word of God. ¹⁴ The armies of heaven, wearing pure white linen, followed Him on white horses. ¹⁵ From His mouth shot a sharp sword, so that He could smite the nations with it. Power was given to them over one quarter of the earth, to kill the people with sword, famine, death, and the wild animals of the earth.

Gather for God's great banquet, ¹⁸ to feast on the flesh of kings, generals, heroes, of horses and their riders; yes, the flesh of all men, freemen and slaves, great and small." ¹⁹ Then I saw the wild beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies gather to go to war with the Rider of the horse and His army. ²⁰ Then the wild beast was captured and with him the false prophet who performed wonders in his presence, by which he led astray those who let the mark of the wild beast be put on them and worshiped his statue. Both of them were hurled alive into the fiery lake that burns with brimstone. ²¹ The rest were killed with the sword that shot from the mouth of the horse's Rider, and all the birds were gorged with their flesh.

³ If we put bridles into horses' mouths to make them obey us, we can guide their whole bodies, too.
