¹ And he said to his disciples, Let not your heart be troubled: Believe in God, believe also in me.

³ For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

¹ Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and e not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

⁸ For ye were sometimes darkness, but now light in the Lord: walk as children of light,

¹⁵ And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

¹⁹ But my God shall supply all your need according to the riches in glory, by Christ Jesus.

²⁴ Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

⁹ But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the virtues of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

⁷ In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

¹ Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ. ² By whom also we have access into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. ³ And not only this, but we glory in tribulations also, knowing that tribulation worketh patience; ⁴ And patience, experience; and experience, hope: ⁵ And hope maketh not ashamed, because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost. ⁶ For when we were yet without Strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

¹⁴ Now thanks [be] unto God, who always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the favour of his knowledge by us in every place.
