¹ Judge not, that ye be not judged. ² For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. ³ And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brothers eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? ⁴ Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull the mote out of thine eye; and behold a beam is in thine own eye? ⁵ Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brothers eye.

³ For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

¹² Put on therefore as the elect of God holy and beloved bowels of mercies, also kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; ¹³ Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as the Lord forgave you, so also do ye. ¹⁴ And above all these things, [put on] charity, which is the bond of unity.

²⁹ Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to edification of faith: that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
