³ And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brothers eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? ⁴ Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull the mote out of thine eye; and behold a beam is in thine own eye? ⁵ Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brothers eye.

⁴⁷ And that servant who knew his lords will, but did not according to his will, shall be beaten with many [stripes.] ⁴⁸ But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few. To whom much is given they will require the more from him; and to whom they have committed much, of him they will require the more.

¹⁰ He that his faithful in the least, is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in a little, is unjust also in much. ¹¹ If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true? ¹² And if ye have not been faithful in that which is anothers, who shall give you that which is your own?

¹³ Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things [are] naked, and opened unto the eyes of him of whom we speak.

³⁶ But I say unto you, That every idle word that men do speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. ³⁷ For by thy words thou shalt be justified, or by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

³ Take heed to your selves: If thy brother shall trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he shall repent, forgive him.

¹⁶ Confess therefore [your] sins one to another, pray one for another, that ye may be healed: The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

¹¹ Wherefore comfort your selves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

¹² So every one of us shall render an account of himself to God.

¹ Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thy self, lest thy self also be tempted. ² Bear ye one another's burdens, andso fulfil the law of Christ. ³ For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. ⁴ But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. ⁵ For every man shall bear this own burden.
