²⁷ Ye have heard, that it was said, Thou shalt not commit adultery. ²⁸ But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh upon a woman to lust after her, hath already committed adultery with her in his heart.

⁶ But whoso shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it were better for him that a milstone were hanged about his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. ⁷ Wo to the world because of offences: for it must needs be that offences come; but wo to that man by whom the offence cometh.
