¹² Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them; for this is the law and the prophets.

⁷ but every one hath his proper gift from God, one after this manner, another after that. ⁸ But to the unmarried and the widows I say, It is good for them, if they remain even as I. ⁹ But if they have not power over themselves, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn.

³⁹ On these two commandments

¹ Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ² ye shall be judged, and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you. ³ And why beholdest thou the mote in thy brother's eye, but observest not the beam in thine own eye? ⁴ Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote from thine eye, and behold a beam is in thine own eye? ⁵ Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to cast the mote out of thy brother's eye.

¹¹ But he said to them, All men cannot receive this saying, but they to whom it is given. ¹² For there are eunuchs, who were born so from their mother's womb, and there are eunuchs, who were made eunuchs by men; and there are eunuchs, who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

⁸ Owe no man any thing, but to love another; for he that loveth another, hath fulfilled the law. ⁹ For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not covet, and if there be any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. ¹⁰ Love worketh no evil to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

⁹ Know ye not, that the unjust shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor the effeminate, ¹⁰ nor sodomites, Nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor revilers, nor the rapacious shall inherit the kingdom of God. ¹¹ And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

⁸ But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own family, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.

¹² There is one lawgiver that is able to save and to destroy: Who art thou that judgest another?

²⁸ There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female; for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

¹⁴ For all the law is fulfilled in one word, in this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

⁷ Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them, which in the same manner with these gave themselves over to fornication, and went after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

²⁷ leaving the natural use of the women, burned in their lust toward each other, men with men working filthiness, and receiving in themselves the just recompence of their error.
