³³ I have spoken these things to you, that ye may have peace in me. In the world ye shall have tribulation; but take courage: I have overcome the world.

⁶ And this I say, He that soweth sparingly, shall reap also sparingly; and he that soweth bountifully, shall reap also bountifully: ⁷ Let every man do as he chuseth in his heart, not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a chearful giver. ⁸ And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that having always all sufficiency in all things, ye may abound to every good work: ⁹ (As it is written, He hath scattered abroad, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness remaineth for ever.

¹⁷ descending from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

¹⁶ Rejoice evermore: ¹⁷ Pray without ceasing: In every thing give thanks; ¹⁸ for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
