16 Just so let your light shine before all men, in order that they may see your holy lives and may give glory to your Father who is in Heaven.

8 Do not be ashamed then to bear witness for our Lord and for me His prisoner; but rather share suffering with me in the service of the Good News, strengthened by the power of God. 9 For He saved us and called us with a holy call, not in accordance with our desserts, but in accordance with His own purpose and the free grace which He bestowed on us in Christ Jesus before the commencement of the Ages,
11 And that testimony is to the effect that God has given us the Life of the Ages, and that this Life is in His Son.
15 but in your hearts consecrate Christ as Lord, being always ready to make your defence to any one who asks from you a reason for the hope which you cherish.
