² Give to the LORD, the glory due to his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

¹ Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. ² Let's come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let's extol him with songs. ³ For the LORD is a great God, a great King above all gods. ⁴ He holds in his hand the lowest parts of the earth and the mountain peaks belong to him. ⁵ The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. ⁶ Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

⁸ But Jesus replied, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.’”

¹⁵ Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise, the fruit of lips that confess His name.

²⁸ Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and offer to God acceptable worship with reverence and awe,

⁵ "Sing to the LORD, for he has done glorious things. Let this be known to the entire world.

²³ But a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him.

¹⁴ And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. ¹⁵ And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to this; and be thankful. ¹⁶ Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. ¹⁷ And whatever you do, in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

¹ Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.

⁶ Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

²⁴ God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.”
