⁷ Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and depart from evil. ⁸ This will bring healing to your body, and refreshment to your bones.

²⁵ For I shall feed the hungry soul, and refresh all faint hearts."

¹³ However, when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak what He hears, and He will declare to you what is to come.

¹⁹ Repent therefore, and turn again, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

³¹ But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God: and that believing, you may have life in his name.

¹¹ And do this, understanding the occasion. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.

¹ Mark this, there are hard times coming in the last days. ² People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, ³ unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, ⁴ Treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God; ⁵ having a form of godliness but denying its power. And turn away from these.

²⁴ Now to Him who is able to keep them from stumbling and to present them before His glorious presence without fault and with exultation—

⁸ I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. ⁹ Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: my flesh also shall rest secure. ¹⁰ You do not abandon me to the grave or allow your holy one to decay. ¹¹ You have made known to me the ways of life; You will fill me with joy with Your countenance: at Your right hand there are delights forever.

³ He restores my soul; He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.

¹⁹ Repent therefore, and turn again, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, ²⁰ and that he may send the Christ who hath been appointed for you, [even] Jesus ²¹ Heaven must take Him in until the time comes for the restoration of all things, which God announced long ago through His holy prophets.
