¹ And the Lorde spake vnto Moses saynge: ² beholde, I haue called by name, Bezaleel the sonne of Vrisone to Hur of the tribe of Iuda. ³ And I haue filled hi with the sprete of God, with wisdome, vnderstondinge ad knowlege: eue in all maner worke, ⁴ to finde out sotle faytes, to worke in golde syluer ad brasse ⁵ and with the crafte to graue stones, to set ad to carue in tibre ad to worke in all maner workmashipe. ⁶ And beholde, I haue geue him to be his companion Ahaliab the sonne of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan, and in the hertes of all that are wise harted I haue put wisdom to make all that I haue commaunded the: ⁷ the tabernacle of witnesse, and the arcke of witnesse, and the mercyseate that is there vppon, all the ornamentes of the tabernacle, ⁸ and the the table with his ordinaunce, ad the pure cadelsticke with al his apparell, ad the alter of incens, ⁹ ad the alter of burntoffrynges with al his vessels, ad the lauer with his fote, ¹⁰ ad the vestimetes to ministre in, ad the holye garmetes for Aaro the preast, ad the garmetes of his sonnes to ministre in, ¹¹ and the anoyntinge oyle and the swete cense for the sanctuarye: acordinge to al as I haue commaunded the shall they doo. ¹² And the Lorde spake vnto Moses sayng: ¹³ speake uto the childern of Israel ad saye: i any wyse se that ye kepe my Sabbath, for it shalbe a sygne betwene me and you in youre generacions for to knowe, that I the Lorde doo sanctifie you. ¹⁴ Kepe my Sabbath therfore, that it be an holye thynge vnto you. He that defileth it, shalbe slayne therfore. For whosoeuer worketh therein, the same soule shalbe roted out from amonge his people. ¹⁵ Sixe dayes shall men worke, but the seuenth daye is the Sabbath of the holye reste of the Lorde: so that whosoeuer doeth any worke in the Sabbath daye, shal dye for it. ¹⁶ wherfore let the childern of Israel kepe the Sabbath, that they obserue it thorowe out their generacions, that it be an appoyntement for euer. ¹⁷ For it shalbe a sygne betwene me, and the childern of Israel for euer. For in sixe dayes the Lorde made heauen and erth, and the seuenth daye he rested and was refresshed. ¹⁸ And whe he had made an end of comening with Moses vppon the mounte Sinai, he gaue him two tables of witnesse: which were of stone and written with the finger of God.

¹⁰ And let all them that are wyseharted amoge you, come and make all that the Lorde hath commaunded:

¹⁶ Let youre light so shyne before men yt they maye se youre good workes and glorify youre father which is in heven.

⁷ And in ye same housse tary still eatinge and drinkinge soche as they have. For the laborer is worthy of his ewarde. Go not fro housse to housse:

¹¹ and that ye studye to be quyet and to medle with youre awne busynes and to worke with youre awne hondes as we commaunded you: ¹² that ye maye behave youre selves honestly towarde them that are with out and that nothinge be lackynge vnto you.

¹ My brethren be not every ma a master remembringe how that we shall receave the more damnacion:

¹⁸ But now hath god disposed the membres every one of them in the body at his awne pleasure.

⁸ Remebre the Sabbath daye that thou sanctifie it. ⁹ Sixe dayes mayst thou laboure ad do al that thou hast to doo: ¹⁰ but the seuenth daye is the Sabbath of the Lorde thy God, in it thou shalt do no maner worke: nether thou nor thy sonne, nor thy doughter, nether thy manservaunte nor thy maydeservaunte, nether thy catell nether yet the straunger that is within thi gates

²⁴ Therfore I saye vnto you be not carefull for your lyfe what ye shall eate or what ye shall drincke nor yet for youre body what ye shall put on. ys not ye lyfe more worth then meate and the body more of value then raymeut?

¹ Ye masters do vnto youre servauntes that which is iust and egall seinge ye knowe that ye also have a master in heven.

⁵ For yf a man cannot rule his owne housse how shall he care for the congregacion of God.

¹⁸ For the scripture sayth: Thou shalt not mousell the mouth of the oxe that treadeth out the corne. And the labourer is worthy of his rewarde.

²² Servauntes be obedient vnto youre bodyly masters in all thynges: not with eye service as men pleasers but in synglenes of herte fearynge god.

¹⁸ Servauntes obey youre masters with all feare not only yf they be good and courteous: but also though they be frowarde.

¹⁴ Lykwyse as a certeyne ma redy to take his iorney to a straunge coutre called his servautes and delivered to them his gooddes. ¹⁵ And vnto one he gave .v. talentes to another .ii. and to another one: to every man after his abilite and streyght waye departed. ¹⁶ Then he that had receaved the fyve talentes went and bestowed them and wanne other fyve talentes. ¹⁷ Lykwyse he that receaved .ii. gayned other .ii. ¹⁸ But he yt receaved ye one went and digged a pit in the erth and hyd his masters money. ¹⁹ After a longe season ye lorde of those servauntes came and rekened with the. ²⁰ Then came he yt had receaved fyve talentes and brought other fyve talentes sayinge: master thou deliveredst vnto one fyve talentes: beholde I have gayned wt the fyve talentes moo. ²¹ The his master sayde vnto him: well good servaut and faithfull. Thou hast bene faithfull in lytell I will make the ruler over moche: entre in into thy masters ioye. ²² Also he that receaved .ii. talentes came and sayde: master thou deliveredest vnto me .ii. talentes: beholde I have wone .ii. other talentes with them. ²³ And his master sayde vnto him well good servaunt and faithfull. Thou hast bene faithfull in lytell I wyll make the ruler over moche: go in into thy masters ioye. ²⁴ Then he which had receaved ye one talent came and sayd: master I considered yt thou wast an harde man which repest where thou sowedst not and gadderest where thou strawedst not ²⁵ and was therfore afrayde and went and hyd thy talent in ye erth: Beholde thou hast thyn awne. ²⁶ His master answered and sayde vnto him: thou evyll servaut and slewthfull thou knewest yt I repe where I sowed not and gaddre where I strawed not: ²⁷ thou oughtest therfore to have had my money to ye chaugers and then at my comynge shulde I have receaved myne awne with vauntage. ²⁸ Take therfore the talent from him and geve it vnto him which hath .x. talentes.

³³ Care not then for the morow but let ye morow care for it selfe: for the daye present hath ever ynough of his awne trouble.
