⁸ Jesus Christ is yesterday and to-day the same — yes, and through the ages.

¹³ but encourage one another daily while it is called "to-day," that no one may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

For you are a vapor that appears for a little while and then disappears. ¹⁵ You should rather say, "If the Lord wills it, we shall live and do this or that."

²⁴ For this reason I say to you, all things whatever that you pray and ask for, believe that you have obtained them and you will have them.
